I did these before christmas but they were christmas presents so I waited until after christmas to post them.

Christmas Project

My brother in law Mick asked me to do a picture of his nephew that he could give his sister for Christmas. I worked all week to get it done and I think it is my favorite.
It is amazing to see every picture when it gets finished. Then realize it is the new favorite. It shows how far I have progressed in my art and how much fun I am having doing it.
This is his 1 year old picture from the photographer.


And this is the final project. The hat was pretty hard but I think it turned out great!

hardest so far

This was the most challenging picture that I have done so far because the picture I used for a reference was somewhat blurry at the hands and arms but I liked the end result. This is a very bad copy of it but I wanted to get it delivered so I didn't want to wait for a better copy.
